Individual Counselling

50 minute video or phone session = $130

These services are often covered by your extended health benefits. Check with your insurance company to confirm if they cover Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) services. Direct billing with insurance companies is unavailable at this time.

Missed appointments without 24 hours notice will be subject to a full session fee.
